Your Account & Orders

Our customer service team will answer your return request at analuxjewelry@outlook.com. and our team will provide further instructions.

All returns must happen within 7 days from the delivery date, and each items must return in its original condition and original packaging.

We do not offer refunds. Once your return request is evaluated and approved, you will receive a store credit.
Jewelry on final sale are NOT RETURNABLE.

The client is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping policy

We are not responsible if the address entered it’s not correct. In case the client realize once makes the order please contact us immediately in order for us to correct it before processing the order.

Lost packages

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. After the package is shipped it is the carrier responsibility not ours.
